What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and message. Our web server also records standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the contract requires and the law demands.
Who we share it with
Our website host, our email provider and the marketing agency that manages this website process enquiries on our behalf. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and our fonts load from our own server. The homepage shows an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
